Registration isn’t open yet, but you can check out the details from 2015 below to give you a good idea of the opportunities and excitement in store for you as you meet 800 young women who are interested in a future in agriculture!

These are key bits of information to assist you as you make your plans:
Conference Date: Friday, March 6, 2015
Location: Illinois State University, Normal, IL
3:00 – 5:00 PM, Thursday, March 5, 2015 at Bone Student Center – early delivery of displays (set-up MAY be possible but not guaranteed) and registration.
5:00 – 7:00 PM, Thursday, March 5, 2015 – Networking Reception hosted by IL Agri-Women….location TBA.
7:00 – 8:00 AM, Friday, March 6, 2015 – Display delivery and set-up at Bone Student Center and registration.
8:00 – 9:00 AM, Friday March 6, 2015 – Continental breakfast available in Ballroom of Bone Student Center. Opportunity to network and meet some of the students.
9:15 – 10:15 AM – Student visits to displays for 10 minute discussions of Key Topics list provided by WCFA Planning Committee.
10:15 – 11:45 AM – Open visiting by students in display area.
Noon – LUNCH for all participants. Please participate as this is a key networking time for more casual conversation with students and other professionals attending WCFA.
1:30 PM – Hands-on Workshops. Please consider slipping into one of interest to observe and consider your own potential participation in 2016. Tear down and transport displays.
3:15 PM – Closing ceremony
Hotels/Lodging: Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham (One Lyon Court, Bloomington, IL, 309-829-8111) under the IL Agri-Women block for Thursday, March 5, 2015 ($69.95 for Standard Queens) if needed. Cut Off Date is February 5, 2015.
