Location: Student Center, 1255 Lincoln Drive, Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, IL 62901
Booth Set-Up: Presenters will be able to set-up their booths the morning of the event from 7 – 8 AM and possibly the evening before (more details to follow)
Presenter’s Reception: Please note that you are also invited to attend our Presenter’s Reception on Thursday, March 7, 2013 to be held at from 5 – 7 PM, College of Ag/Ag Bldg., Room 209, 1205 Lincoln Drive, Carbondale,IL
Hotels/Lodging: As there are other campus events being held during this Conference, we advise that you book any needed lodging ASAP. There is a limited # of low cost double rooms at Touch of Nature (www.ton.siu.edu) but you must notify Penny at lauritzen@farmestate.com by December 15th if you want to reserve a room there.
