The Illinois Agri-Women proudly present the 2026 Women Changing the Face of Agriculture (WCFA) events on March 6 at Heartland Community College and April 10 at Joliet Junior College, inspiring young high school women to explore dynamic careers in agriculture by connecting students, educators, and industry professionals.
The 2024 Women Changing the Face of Agriculture career exploration event will be held at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, IL on March 1, 2024. Registration for the event will open January 1, 2024. This year’s event puts an emphasis on hands-on activities, career development workshops and entrepreneur opportunities.
The 2022 Women Changing the Face of Agriculture career exploration event will be held in person at Carl Sandburg College located in Galesburg, Illinois on March 4th, 2022. The Women Changing the Face of Agriculture event committee is pleased to announce its keynote speakers for the 2021 virtual conference. In addition to these keynotes, the website will host online career exploration videos for you to explore and learn about the opportunities in the areas of agriculture and food production.
Our planning committee developed the idea for Online Curriculum for teachers to use in their classrooms. We would like to invite you to participate in this online opportunity as one of our past sponsors and professional participants of the event to submit 2 minute videos about your careers in agriculture.
The 2021 Women Changing the Face of Agriculture event, scheduled for March 5, 2021 at Carl Sandburg College in Galesburg, Illinois, has been postponed until 2022. The next Women Changing the Face of Agriculture event will take place on March 4, 2022, at Carl Sandburg College.
