The future of our industry, and the role of women in agriculture, is dependent on us encouraging upcoming generations of women to pursue a job in agriculture. Our event offers the opportunity to exhibit your company to high school girls that are in the process of deciding their career track.

Pledge to be a professional attendee for the career exploration fair or volunteer to host a breakout session. Sponsorship opportunities are available to support the event. We are also always looking for volunteers.

SPONSOR THE EVENT

Sponsorships are used to underwrite the event costs and directly apply to programs and scholarships for young women pursuing educational opportunities in science, technology, engineering, agriculture and math.

PARTICIPATE IN THE CAREER FAIR

During the event, we will have hands on breakout sessions for students to select what they want to learn more about. In the afternoon we will host a career fair that promotes women in agricultural fields as well as your company.

VOLUNTEER

Our event is so successful because of the outpouring of support from volunteers that help with event planning and setup, registration, guiding students around the event, and assisting professionals with getting set up for the day.
